About Katherine Johnson

Kat is a Pursuit Process Specialist located in HDR's Omaha architecture office. As the Pursuit Process Specialist, I rethink the standard approach and lead continuous improvement of the way we produce pursuits and marketing materials. I manage and communicate our pursuit processes and curate, archive and manage marketing data and materials. I help implement new tools, software, and processes to continually build efficiency and effectiveness. As a leader in the architecture marketing studio, I help to mentor and onboard members of our team to ensure team connectivity and consistency. My experience includes producing qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials, CRM systems updates, marketing research, staff resumes as well as documenting project experience. I have been involved strategic pursuit planning and coordination, management of staff and maintaining relationships with key individuals across a global company.
