About Katherine Tan

With over three years of experience in payroll and HRIS management, I am a passionate and driven operations manager who strives to deliver excellent service and solutions to clients and stakeholders. I have a strong expertise in HRIS database management, project implementation, and continuous improvement, and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives. Currently, I am leading a team of 50 members for both Hong Kong and Singapore at Tricor Group, a leading provider of integrated business, corporate, investor, human resources, and payroll services. In my current role, I am involved in various Payroll projects, ensuring that they successfully go live with win-win outcomes. I liaise with stakeholders and business units to ensure smooth and efficient operation tasks, and I ensure that my team meets monthly individual and team KPIs. Previously, I worked as a project manager and an operations team lead at PayAsia, where I was involved in multi-country projects across Asia, and supported service requests from existing clients. Some of the skills that I have developed and applied in these roles include strategic human resource planning, payroll management, client relationship management, and problem-solving.
