About Kathryn Atkinson

I’m an operations and project management professional driven by solving ambiguous problems, improving how teams work, and turning data into actionable insights. In my current role as a Senior Associate Account Manager at EAB, I support partner-facing work by coordinating deliverables, managing stakeholder needs, and contributing to projects that require strong organization, communication, and analytical thinking. I work closely with internal teams to ensure operational execution aligns with partner expectations.Previously, as an Operations Intern at ApexConnect, I supported process improvement efforts by analyzing performance metrics, streamlining workflows, and assisting with project execution in a fast-paced software environment.I’m motivated by roles that sit at the intersection of operations, analytics, and partner-facing work—where structured problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive meaningful outcomes.
