About Kathryn Howe

Over 45 years experience in community service and public sector management, program development and partnership work in the child and family service and broader community sector. My drivers and passion is in ensuring service users receive strong robust and informed service to meet their needs and enable individuals to thrive. I strive to ensure that the teams are well resourced and informed to deliver robust and engaging service. I greatly enjoy strategic development of innovative and responsive services/ programs to enhance our service approach and provide depth to the programs, and this development is informed by evaluation validating and seeking to improve contemporary responses for vulnerable families, children and youth. Development of partnerships is critical in this sector and I seek to work collaboratively to maximise expertise of many so that we can offer the best possible service. Strong teams and committed people do make a difference.
