Once again I've risen to the 'go-to' person for my group. Having the best life ever- great friends, awesome co-workers - so fabulous! Leading from within, proposing valued changes. Writing testable requirements, process improvements, process documentation, mentoring junior team members. As well as testing of many different software application types, IVR, Web, mainframe, data warehouse, PC, data bases and relational databases. Created a test lab; containing varying OS in a clean environment that lacked developer type of applications that could affect product effectiveness. I am an 'early adopter' so if there is a change (process or otherwise) that I see as good for the business or the group, I am one of the first to jump on board. Requirements management, Test Management, and Configuration Management tool administrator. 1993 - survived 19 days without water - Des Moines, Iowa water plant down due to flood 2008 - survived Cedar Rapids Iowa flood 2020 - survived 2020 Derecho - 7 days with no electricity or generator The blue/purple ribbon is for Rheumatoid Arthritis awareness.
