About Kathy Keane

Therapeutically I am trained in an integrative approach with a focus on behaviour and mind body connect and developing practices and skill sets utilising CBT, solution focussed therapy alongside specific purpose therapeutic models. A trained group facilitator working with young adults and adults in the field of human rights and personal autonomy.Incorporating at the core a person centred, client focussed approach and a belief in the benefits of the alliance of therapy. I am an experienced manager committed to supporting and developing individuals and organisations to grow and utilise their potential. A person or project centred approach; with a concentration on strengths and abilities. An ability to listen and respond accordingly in areas of difficulty or concern. Enabling me on a personal level or as part of a team, to identify a workable solution and path forward. Having a wide skill set and experience to bring, I enjoy a challenge and thrive on being creative in managing day to day challenges, as well as those that arise unexpectedly. Change is an essential component to life and I have experienced and worked with two large organisations that were transitioning change. Motivating and developing the team to engage and positively implement the change was some of the most challenging and exciting work I have enjoyed.
