My passion is helping people and organizations unlock leadership potential, accelerate careers, and create positive change in the world. After a 20-year global career in brand marketing and sales, I launched my own business in 2005—shifting from developing products to developing people. Since then, my work has focused on: Mentoring professionals with ambition through The Fearless Leader program Partnering with companies to strengthen leadership diversity & expand the pool of future leaders Equipping leaders to deliver engaging, high-impact presentations without over-relying on slides Writing and speaking on women’s leadership, communication, networking, and personal branding I’m also the co-author of Fearless Female Leaders: Stories and Strategies to Empower More Women to Lead—my fifth book, written to inspire and equip the next generation of women leaders. Clients, readers, and audiences describe my work as transformative—helping them grow more confident, self-aware, and courageous as leaders. On a personal note, I’m an ovarian cancer survivor.
