About Katie Staddon

I have over 10 years working in a customer service environment both in person and online. 8 of those years were face-to-face communication with the customer - making sure that they walked away from the store or restaurant that I worked at knowing they had an exceptional experience. The last two years, I have worked within a customer service team that focused on live chat and emails. From here, I moved into a leadership role that focused on ensuring the communication we sent to customers followed our service guidelines, market language rules and compliance regulations. • I have an extremely strong understanding of both written and verbal communication. I pride myself in my attention to detail and professional quality of work. • First and foremost, I am a people-person. At Klarna, I was a leader in the social committee and enjoy creating events and experiences that help to bring the wider team together. I recently organised the 2022 End of Year Party which brought participants throughout APAC together. • Aside from my Quality Process Analyst role, I also ran the Klarna APAC on-boarding seminar known as ‘Klarna Check In'. This involves a two-day presentation to all new- starters in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. It is run from our Sydney office and involves various on-boarding procedures and talks from members of the Australia team.
