I am a social sustainability strategist dedicated to helping organizations, entrepreneurs and investors use business as a force for good. I specialize in guiding those who face challenges related to social justice, social impact strategy, or human-centered innovation. My work is rooted in the belief that a socially just economy is not only possible—it’s essential—and I thrive when supporting others to make it a reality. My began in project management, navigating complex construction and infrastructure projects, including extensive work in Africa. This foundational experience sharpened my strategic insights and ability to navigate complex problems. Transitioning into social entrepreneurship, I launched Solergie's first solar kiosk in a remote village in Togo, addressing local energy needs in an economically sustainable way. At Lantis, I led pioneering efforts by introducing the collaborative NEC Contract to the Oosterweel project in Antwerp. The implementation of this €2 billion contract illustrated a groundbreaking shift towards collaborative practices in the Belgian infrastructure sector. I’m most at home in complex, multi-stakeholder environments—especially when the challenges are societal in nature and the context is international. I work with organizations who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and embed social justice and human rights at the core of their strategies. From impact ventures in Africa to corporate social transformations in Europe, I bring both structure and insight to projects where the ambition is bold and the social stakes are high. Beyond my entrepreneurial efforts, I serve as a Research Fellow at KU Leuven, where my work explores how businesses can contribute to building a socially just economy. I focus on making social sustainability measurable and actionable—bridging academic research with real-world strategies that embed fairness, dignity, and inclusion into the fabric of business. ’!
