About Katrina Doyle

Studied Italian and History In UCC- spent Erasmus year in Venice, Italy. Completed a sales course with FAS. Worked as a tour guide with St. Fin Barre's Cathedral for over 2 years. I worked with the Local Employment Service (a part of Cork City Partnership) for 23 years. In my time there I developed my skills: customer service training; Facilitation skills course; Behavioural Studies; Various IT training; HR Degree: Certificate in Personnel Practice; Certificate in Guidance counselling; FETAC 6 Job Coaching. I ran workshops, inhouse training, provided one to one training with other staff members. I was responsible for running an office while the Mediator/ manager was absent for over 6 months. In my role in the City Centre office I supported two p/t mediators and fulfilled the role of Office Manager. I worked as Mediator/Case Officer within LES and was based in Blackpool. I was responsible for managing a caseload of 120 clients and working with them in order to help them get job placed. I worked as an Employment Guidance Officer with the new Local Area Employment Service within Cork City Partnership after the company won the tender to run this service in Cork. I was responsible for a caseload of up to 100 clients and worked with them to assist them in moving into employment. I currently work as an Executive Officer in Tailte Eireann.
