About Katrina Frame

I bring my love of solving problems, making things better and attention to detail to my role as Operations Manager at Think Impact. Working closely with and supporting the leadership team, I'm focused on helping Think Impact be an efficient, responsible and purpose-driven machine, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality work to our clients. Prior to Think Impact, I spent 12 years working at Accenture, across technology, consulting and lastly six years in their corporate social responsibility team where I discovered my love for social impact. I recently completed my Graduate Certificate in Social Impact at UNSW and am hoping to start my MBA at some point in the future. Outside of work you’ll find me fascinated by the world of politics and international relations, listening to true-crime and history podcasts, reading, hanging out with my puppy and lifting heavy things in the gym.
