With years of experience as a senior manager n a hectic retail head office, Katy is well-versed in the pressures of stress, overwhelm, and lack of time for reflection. Moving into the world of personal development and wellness she has experienced first-hand, huge growth and creativity as a result of small changes in lifestyle, investing in simple practices and taking time out from the day-to-day routine. Katy is a highly-trained coach, holding qualifications in both traditional mindset coaching and somatic coaching, and is able to offer her clients comprehensive support for issues such as stress, burnout, emotional distress, and overwhelm, as well as for confidence, empowerment, growth and leadership. She has a deep commitment to ancestral wisdom and traditional healing systems, and her work is often informed by her role as a certified circle facilitator.
