Background

About Kay Park

I am a highly organized and motivated professional with a strong background in administrative work, resource teaching, social media coordination, program facilitation, and youth mentorship. With 6 years of experience in administrative and community engagement roles, I have honed my skills in teaching, program facilitation, social media management, event planning and customer service. Additionally, I possess a BA in psychology, which has provided me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and the ability to connect with others on a meaningful level. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for mentoring and supporting youth holistically, having dedicated 3 years to youth mentorship programs. My experience in this field has strengthened my communication skills and allowed me to develop strong relationships built on trust and guidance while practicing confidentiality. Outside of work, I find joy in pursuing creative endeavors such as writing stories, embroidering and crocheting. Additionally, I enjoy roller-skating as a way to stay active and healthy. Most importantly though, I have a strong desire to develop closer bonds with the people around me, recognizing the value of genuine connections and the positive impact they have on my personal and professional growth. I am eager to contribute my skills and experiences to a dynamic team. I thrive in collaborative environments and am driven by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Let's connect and explore how we can work together to achieve our goals!
