About Kayla Counts

Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m a UX/UI Developer shifting into cybersecurity, working toward my Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance at WGU. I’ve developed a strong interest in digital investigations, threat monitoring, and helping protect people and organizations from online risks. Right now, I’m gaining hands-on experience through volunteer work that involves tracking potential threats and suspicious activity across various platforms to support community safety. I’m especially drawn to the investigative side of security and want to grow into a role where I can make a real impact. I enjoy solving problems, learning how systems work, and finding ways to make them more secure and user-friendly. If you’re in cyber, OSINT, or digital threat analysis, I’d love to connect and learn from others doing this kind of work
