I have extensive communications, client relations and project management experience, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Before joining the not-for-profit sector, I worked in the electrical infrastructure and restorative development fields and in Toronto's advertising industry, where I directed client experience and managed studio operations and initiatives. My goal has been to apply a client-focused approach to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and thoughtful manner throughout my career. I employ an organized structure to manage requests and deadlines while being innovative and thinking outside the box. I possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. I am patient and solution-oriented.
