I have project engineering experience on projects with budget ranging from to with schedules ranging from 5 months to 2 years. During the time as project engineer my duties includes the following. My current job description is below: Pre Engineering Stage Site walk downs, preparing scope documents, Engineering budgets, Overall Project EPC estimates using Client Estimating tools, working with project controls group to develop an overall engineering and construction schedule for the project based on factors like personnel availability, Needed In service dates and Equipment lead times. During Engineering Design Manage quality, budget, cross departmental communications and schedule on the projects. Review monthly project schedules and cost detail reports. Prepare Monthly progress reports and project budget. Supervise direct reports, review engineering work and provide guidance with projects. Initiated contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of work. Post Engineering Design Support Construction activities with any required technical assistance, follow with major equipment vendors for an update delivery date and perform close out activities and support Project managers on final invoicing. I have over 14 years of experience in Power Industry, specializing in executing and managing protection and control projects for transmission and distribution substations up to 345kV. Currently, I work as an Engineering Lead within a Substation group at Sargent & Lundy. My previous experience listed below: • Conduct performance reviews, provide performance feedback, facilitate career development, manage time and expense, and allocate resources for project work to support multiple local and remote clients. • Work on establishing new and improving existing design processes, improving multi-discipline coordination • Create and review proposals for multi-discipline projects. • Interface directly with the client to present engineering solutions, scopes, and estimates • Serve as a main point of contact, coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders involved in project design for large projects for multiple clients and programs. • Provide technical construction support • Responsible for project quality, adherence to schedule and overall client satisfaction • Lead technically challenging and unique Protection and Control projects up to 345kV • Lead projects designs for new clients
