About Keith Dillingham

Keith Dillingham has more than 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing & Evaluation including hardware, software and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Keith currently works as a Lead Associate for SPARC, an Agile Systems Delivery Hub of Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the Navy EPS (Electronic Procurement System) Keith has extensive testing and evaluation experience across the entire SDLC including multiple DoD projects such as Horizontal Fusion (HF), Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), Net-Centric Command Capability,(NECC), Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Decision Support System (JEOD DSS), and the Department of Veteran Affairs Chapter 33 Post 9/11 Education Bill and Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS). Keith has provided testing expertise for both functional and non-functional testing including performance testing and automation. In addition, Keith was an account manager for LCE and provides program level, budgetary, and employee management support for multiple DoD contracts and delivery orders. Prior to that, Keith worked for other contracting companies in Charleston while supporting the Navy Space and Naval Warfare System Command (SPAWAR) and its customers. Keith operated the Design and Integration lab to provided testing of hardware components and software packages prior to installation and use within the SPAWAR command. Previously, Keith worked for Roper/Saint Francis Healthcare providing support for evaluation, testing and installation of new systems ranging from patient care systems to hospital-wide network communication and connectivity. Keith received his B.S. in Computer Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and has also earned certifications as a Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) and Certified Test Manager (CTM) from the International Institute for Software Testing and as a Certified Software Test Professional from International Test & Evaluation Association (ITEA)
