Mae Hwyluswyr Tai Gwledig yn gweithio gyda chymunedau gwledig, ac ar ran cymunedau gwledig, ledled Cymru i fynd i’r afael â phrinder cartrefi fforddiadwy. Mae’r gwaith yn golygu nodi’r angen lleol am dai a chwilio am gyfleoedd datblygu neu eiddo gwag i’w ailddefnyddio. Caiff y gwaith hwn ei gyflawni mewn partneriaeth â’r gymuned leol yn ogystal â phobl a chyrff eraill sydd â diddordeb ynddo. Rural Housing Enablers (RHE) work with and on behalf of rural communities across Wales to address the shortage of affordable homes. The work involves identifying the local need for housing and searching for development opportunities or empty properties to bring back into use. This work is carried out in partnership with the local community, as well as other interested parties.
