About Keith Pike

I am the owner of RE/MAX Elite in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Benton, Arkansas. I also own Motto Mortgage Alliance, We Insure Alliance, and Pike Law Firm PLLC. Between agents, staff, and originators, I directly employ around 200 full-time professionals. In January 2015, I opened my first RE/MAX franchise. In the same year, I won RE/MAX Recruiter of the Year for the state of Arkansas. I won Arkansas Recruiter of the Year and Broker/Owner of the Year for 2016 and won Arkansas Recruiter of the Year again for 2017. In February 2017, I won an award for the most net gain in sales associates in the United States, making my RE/MAX the fastest growing in the country. I am consistently ranked among the top recruiters in the United States. I frequently travel to speak at real estate conferences, motivating and teaching other real estate brokers and agents on how to grow their business. I am a licensed real estate broker, a licensed attorney, a licensed loan originator, and a Certified Mediator. I also have a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. Before starting my RE/MAX career, I practiced law in Arkansas and Washington DC for 6 years and worked as a computer programmer in Arkansas for nearly a decade, including 7 years at Dillard's Corporate Headquarters. I have a passion for agent development and focus the majority of my time on coaching, growth, and business development. I live in Little Rock with my wife, Bethany, who is also an attorney.
