About Keith Sadel

As an internal medicine physician, I believe that medicine is more than treating symptoms of disease; it's about treating the whole person. My goal is to give my patients the time to fully listen to their needs and concerns. At Preservation Health, LLC, we have created a friendly, welcoming environment where patients feel seen and heard, where they come as strangers and leave as friends. Ultimately, we hope to improve our patients' health as they age. After graduating from Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine and completing a residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, I was co-owner and attending physician at Comprehensive Internal Medicine Associates in Philadelphia for seven years. In 2008, I opened my own practice in Southampton, PA. However, in time, I began to feel that I'd be of even greater service to my patients if I were able to spend more time with them. I remembered my early days working at my father's hardware store, where I'd closely listen to my customers to find exactly what they needed. I wanted my practice to reflect this philosophy. In 2010, Preservation Health, LLC, was born out of this concept. Preservation Health keeps patients healthy through its membership model, focus on prevention, and direct access to immediate care, alleviating long delays and wait times. We also offer a medical cannabis program and travel medicine services, enabling patients to feel their best when traveling domestically or internationally. In 2019, Lma Mineral Float, LLC, a float spa and wellness center, was founded to complement our work at Preservation Health and help address stress reduction and sleep, two of the six pillars of lifestyle medicine for optimal health and wellness. Lma, short for “Leave me alone,” is reminiscent of a Middle Eastern spa. It features individual float suites, a sauna, and two lounge areas, with specially selected items emblematic of the Dead Sea. Inspired by the healing benefits of communal Greek and Roman spas, Lma provides a solitary experience for modern times. Preservation Health, together with Lma, aims to revolutionize the way we think of modern medical care and wellness.
