About Keith Winter

After 27 years of working for RBS on the Client side, I took the opportunity to explore new opportunities and have now moved into service delivery on the contractor side. Being a self motivated and conscientious individual I have taken the many professional and personal skills I have and combined them with the academic qualifications (BSc Hons, IOSH & CBIFM) which are used in my new role of Sustainment Manager (Senior Facilities Manager). Key deliverables are partnering with the Client and joining them on the Custoner Experience Journey, by providing fabric planned and reactive maintenance services across their campus to the highest standards. Key associated elements of the role include attending Senior leadership meetings to discuss Account Delivery, completing help desk requets to the required SLA, contributing to the monthly client report, budget management, move management, responsibility for day and night on site fabric teams, procuring and agreement of yearly maintenance contracts and continually striving for value for money whilst being mindful of delivery timescales and quality.
