About Kelly Abanda

15+ years of coaching leaders and organizations in areas including leadership development, team growth, strategic planning, and change management. As a coach and leader, I am committed to helping others grow and become the leaders and people they've always wanted to be. Using a question-forward approach, I expertly guide leaders to uncover the best next steps & empower them to move forward while also supporting the development of their team members. I lead shorter-term growth by facilitating workshops and retreats for all levels from frontline workers to Senior Leadership. Having worked around the world, I am able to quickly adapt to any setting and create a safe space for coaching, learning, and active participation. I firmly believe that learning is best solidified through personal application, so facilitation and coaching is done in a highly interactive way. Certified in change management and mediation. Additional expertise in leadership, organizational development, and team building. I am committed, both individually and through my company, to anti-racism, diversity & inclusion.
