About Kelly Harmon

I am a Executive Leadership Coach and Speaker helping people to grow both professionally and personally based on their goals. I work with motivated individuals to become more self-aware, to identify and unblock the obstacles in their path, and to leverage their unique strengths and abilities to allow them to experience more rewarding careers and lives. Prior to becoming a Coach, I was an advertising executive with 25+ years of agency experience in marketing communications at agencies including Ogilvy and Mather Direct, Fallon, MRM McCann, and Colle McVoy. I worked on U.S. and global brands including AT & T, BMW, General Mills, Nestle Purina, Elanco, and USA Swimming. I thrived on being a champion for my clients’ brands, being a strategic partner, and bringing together integrated agency teams to create great work that delivered results. One of my passions was growing and developing my highly effective teams. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Certified Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I studied at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), accredited by the International Coach Federation. I am grateful to have a career doing what I love in Advertising and now in Coaching. The constants have been my optimistic approach and a desire to make an impact.
