Being highly motivated person I am always looking for possibilities to strengthen my professional competencies. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. Previous job experiences proved that I am a quick learner, easily adapting to new places. My advantages are a strong communication and personal skills, that make me a perfect match to work in a team, although working individually I also find highly satisfying.
