I believe in the power of "WHY!" to move us in doing what we are great at. I love to teach, train and share profound principles of belief, skills, and passion to motivate others to be great at serving their customers. But when you get right down to it, I'm much more-I'm a marketer, an entrepreneur, a sales specialist, I help businesses grow, oh yeah, I'm also a rock-and-roll trivia geek. I believe in the power of a story. All companies have a story, all people have a story. Learn how to tell it well and it will be a catalyst that helps determine direction and success. I love working with companies that have incredible products or services which provide solutions that will emotionally transcend me because they work, because it changes lives, they improve us. I believe that we, as humans, don’t buy “stuff.” We don’t make decisions based on features and benefits. We make decisions based on emotion, “gut feel” and brand promise. We buy when we are moved. We buy when we are captivated and engaged to the point that we drop whatever it is we’re doing and say, “Oh, heck yes. I need me some of THAT.” My purpose is two fold. First, I want to manage people, partnerships, through forging strong relationships that will exceed performance expectations. Second, I want to transcend the status quo and change lives by training employees, corporations, teams, and network marketing companies and their distributors, teaching business building skills and teach them the 3 Core Beliefs essential for success and how to be absolutely legendary in their pursuit of their dreams. I love to teach people and companies critical beliefs that help create that emotional "buy"​ reaction in others. I believe passion accelerates performance - I can teach skill but teaching to love what you do has to come from within. If there is a spark of belief in you, I can ignite it.
