About Ken Rosko

Ken is currently the Global Distribution Lead for NinjaOne.Ken came to NinjaOne from Vyopta where he was the VP of Sales and Operations. Ken was Director of Sales at Solarwinds and had responsibility for the Central and Downloads team, achieving solid growth and attainment while at Solarwinds.Prior to that, Ken worked in the Channels organization as a Director at Avaya where he led a team of Managers covering the strategic Direct Market Resellers nationally. The DMR space includes CDW, PC Connection, Insight, Zones, and several other resellers. Avaya has reps onsite to help with opportunity creation, brand development, and sales enablement.Before Avaya, Ken was the Director for Inside Sales at VMware, leading several teams focused on Advanced Technologies and Partner integration. Ken was responsible for the End User Computing Specialists and the Cloud Computing team. These teams collaborate with the Field and Core teams to accelerate and drive EUC and vcAir business at VMware. Previously, Ken spent 7 years at Cisco Systems where he was a Senior Manager for Inside Sales covering the Central and West Regions. This was a matrixed organization made up of approximately 100 badged and contract sales reps in Raleigh, NC, and Salt Lake City, UT. Ken also spent 2 years in the Field at Cisco working with the Select Region customers in San Antonio and surrounding areas focusing on developing new product solutions for existing accounts.
