About Kendall Munson

Helping teachers and parents facilitate the journey of their students and children to become the best version of themselves through self awareness. I am Coach Munson, educator and founder of the grassroots education non-profit MINC. I believe finding our strength area, nurturing and expressing it, can offer us an experience of success and empower our feelings of self-worth. Formal education will make you a living, but what about making a life? The making of a life should be emphasized infinitely more than the making of a living. As a facilitator of formal education for over two decades I have become increasingly more focused on providing the students I serve with those foundational principles that will help them to design the life they want to live based on their YOUniqueness. The 9 Dimensions of Happiness model that I use in my elementary PE classes offers my students real world connections. I share those foundational principles weekly with my audience.
