Clearly, my expertise is managing the balance sheet but more importantly, my strongest commitment is to employee and staff development - training, mentoring and coaching them to excellence and mastering “the numbers.” This approach makes work more enjoyable and productive – helping to create the work/life balance we are all looking for.
