About Kerrie Kramer

Kerrie Kramer is a Lobbyist in Nevada and represents clients before every level of government on issues ranging from tax, and transportation, to land use and zoning, licensing, and regulatory matters. Kerrie has solid working relationships with local municipalities, the Nevada State Legislature, the Office of the Governor, executive branch agencies, and Nevada’s federal delegation. Kerrie has been with Argentum since April of 2020, previously Kerrie was a Lobbyist with Fennemore Craig, and prior to that managed the state and municipal lobbying practice at Greenberg Traurig in the firm’s Las Vegas office from 2013 until 2018. Between Nevada’s biennial legislative sessions, Kerrie’s primary focus is municipal licensing (including privileged and regulated), land use and zoning, and permitting. She has procured liquor licenses for clients on and off the Las Vegas strip, medical marijuana licenses, and secondhand dealer licenses. Kerrie has successfully lobbied the passage of two major amendments to an existing master sign plan, obtained permitting for the largest sound stage in Nevada, negotiated extensions of time and review of conditions for existing entitlements, and obtained a variety of special use permits. In addition to Kerrie’s municipal work, she actively represents clients before the Nevada Legislature throughout the calendar year, including the biennial regular session and special sessions, and before the interim committees. Kerrie was accepted into the 2020 Developing Leaders Institute for the Southern Nevada NAIOP Chapter and graduated with her class in September of 2020.
