In the high-stakes world of hockey and corporate environments, players, coaches, leaders, and emerging leaders often face intense pressures that can impact their well-being and performance. Drawing from my deep immersion in the hockey world and expertise in leadership coaching, I bring a unique understanding of these challenges, as well as those transitioning out of the sport or corporate roles. I believe well-being is not just a state of mind; it’s essential for achieving exceptional performance and navigating change. By prioritizing well-being, individuals build the resilience to manage stress, overcome challenges, and stay focused, fostering growth and preventing burnout. My work supports leaders, emerging talent, and those transitioning out of hockey or corporate careers, helping them build inner strength, enhance performance, and thrive professionally and personally in every stage of their journey. As an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federal (ICF) and trained at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) obtaining the certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), my work is grounded in applied neuroscience and recognizes the importance of nurturing the 'whole person' for enhanced performance.
