What areas do I work in? Any – process improvement is about identifying the parts that add value to your process and where the “waste” lies. You don’t need to be an expert in any work areas to do that. Areas I have covered previously have been: Architectural Design, Facilities Management, Income Management, Waste Collections and Street Cleansing, Housing Enforcement, Pest Control, Business Support Processes, Household Recycling Centres.
