I am a born and bred Georgia boy. After high school, joining the United States Air Force afforded me the opportunity to experience the worlds beauty. This exposure shaped me into the person I am today - disciplined, adaptable, and always up for a challenge. I have been fortunate enough to work in various industries and gain experience in creating and implementing effective training programs. Currently, I am working as a Training & Development Manager, where I get to combine my love for training and developing others with my business acumen. I have worked with diverse teams and individuals, helping them enhance their skills and reach their full potential. I strongly believe that investing in employee development is crucial for the success of any organization. I am constantly seeking to implement new methods and strategies to make training engaging and impactful. Outside of work, you can find me exploring an opportunity to make new memories, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or laughing at any given moment with my family. I am a firm believer in work-life balance and strive to maintain it in my own life. I am always open to connecting with like-minded individuals and discussing new ways to stiminulate growth.
