About Kevin Setiawan

Project Manager specialize in product management and process improvement in tobacco industry with education background in Financial Accounting. Started my career as product developer for Kretek product in one of the leading tobacco company in Indonesia and continued my journey as Process Improvement Engineer. It may seem like I have the unclear path of career, but it's really because I took all the opportunity given to me; believing in my young age there's no harm to learn something new and gain the experience in different field. I believe if I could overcome the challenge, it means I have the higher possibility to succeed in the field I'm really passionate, though I'll most probably struggle a lot. The life motto has always been:"Never be the smartest person in the room. If you are, find another room." I believe life is about continuous learning and be curious all the time; to always seek the chance to improve myself and always help others to do so along the way.
