With almost 8 years of experience—including 7 years in leadership roles—I have successfully designed, implemented, and managed high-impact WASH programs in complex humanitarian contexts. My expertise spans across: Project Management & Donor Compliance – Managing large-scale WASH interventions funded by PRM, DFAT, IsDB, MoFA, BMZ, SIDA, and SDC WASH Infrastructure & Hygiene Promotion – Overseeing the installation of water networks, deep tube wells, sanitation facilities, solid waste management plants, and fecal sludge treatment plants Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Advocacy – Collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to drive sustainable solutions Knowledge Management & Context Analysis – Capturing best practices, optimizing technical processes, and tailoring interventions to diverse humanitarian and development settings Academically, I hold a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Premier University, Chattogram and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Asia Pacific.
