About Khalida Radaideh

My journey at the German Jordanian University (GJU) has been one of continuous growth, learning, and dedication. I started as a Teaching Assistant, eager to support students in their academic paths. Later, as Dean Assistant for Quality Assurance, I gained a deeper understanding of how to enhance educational standards. But my true passion lies in language and communication, which led me to my role as a German Language Lecturer, where I help students bridge cultures through language.Today, I wear multiple hats at GJU, each carrying a purpose beyond a title:Director of the Presidency Department – A role that ensures smooth administrative operations. It’s about creating impact achieving GJU's vision and strengthening the university’s German dimension by supporting our students, faculty and partners in meaningful ways.German Language Lecturer – Teaching is more than just a profession; it’s an opportunity to inspire. I love guiding students in their journey of learning German, helping them open doors to new cultures and perspectives.Head of the Translation Office – Language is a powerful tool, and in this role, I lead efforts in translation, implement CAT tools, and facilitate cross-cultural communicationMy heart lies in education, translation, and language learning. Whether it’s through teaching German and Arabic as foreign languages, exploring CAT tools, or fostering international exchange, I believe in the power of language to connect, empower, and transform.
