With over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, I specialize in HR Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR process optimization, built on a solid foundation in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and payroll. Currently, I serve as a Senior HR Specialist at Borusan Cat Azerbaijan (Caterpillar), where I: • Lead talent acquisition and internship programs. • Optimize HR processes and workflows. • Drive strategic projects such as: o Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) o Borusan Equal (Diversity & Inclusion initiative) o B’Social Club (community-building program) • Support compensation benchmarking through annual salary surveys with AmCham and Korn Ferry I also bring hands-on experience managing large-scale recruitment for high-profile international events, including the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games and Formula 1 in Baku — overseeing high-volume hiring operations (e.g, cleaners, support staff).
