5 years dedicated to fast-paced environments, which I have experience two years within ArtFx. I am able to apply my conceptual and leadership skills to a high volume distribution, storing 1.5million units of inventory for NFL. Well-rounded experience leading multi-level teams consisting of shift managers, front-line department supervisors and leads. I plan and forecast with the best intentions of the business. My career experience includes inventory control, warehouse management, and planning coordinator operations. As a collaborative, engaged leader, I enjoy working in a team to achieve shared goals. A known factor is that the success of one's business is determined by the teamwork and dedication of each individual with similar objectives. It is great to work along with and share thoughts with those that are going through it. Implementing many of the employees' suggestions has improved the efficiency of the business and allow workers to have clear knowledge of what their daily objective is. Being a part of the daily operations of a fast-paced, year-round facility is both exhilarating and challenging. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, which gives me the ability to continue to learn and excel as a leader and achieve the necessary goals and objectives of the business, while maintaining a safe working environment for our employees. I have been recognized through promotions and increase increased responsibility throughout my advancement from general warehouse associate to planning analyst, which allows me the opportunity to apply my warehouse skills to planning tactics. I thrive to succeed and excel the overrall efficiency and productivity of the business with an eagerness to learn and apply my skills to an organization.
