About Kieran Fallon-Lloyd

I am a community team manager and admin for Overly Sarcastic Productions a youtube channel with over a million followers and I personally run and manage the community Discord server, personally interacting with the community on a daily basis, I help run and set up events every week as well as make sure the server is running on an admin-level as I oversee the rest of the international team. My biggest focus on the team is increasing community engagement as well as growing the community. I also have multiple years of experience working very closely with communities all over the world going so far as to of taken part in organising events with multiple communities at once. I have also worked closely with multiple Youtubers that range from educational focused channels to pure gameplay focused ones. I have helped run and host many community events this has allowed me to interact with people of varying skills and interest in all fields
