About Kieran Tait

Cybersecurity isn’t just about firewalls and passwords—it’s about protecting people, data, and trust in a world that’s always connected. I work behind the scenes to ensure that systems are not only secure, but resilient—able to detect, defend, and recover from modern threats.I specialize in identifying weak points before attackers do, building layered defenses, and automating responses to stop threats in their tracks. From securing cloud environments and locking down admin access, to rolling out phishing-resistant authentication, I translate complex technical challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. What I work with:• Identity & Access Management (MFA, conditional access, least privilege)• Endpoint and cloud security (Intune, Defender, M365, Azure)• Threat detection and incident response (EDR, SIEM, alert tuning)• Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)• Security standards (NIST, Zero Trust, Essential Eight)I’m always open to connecting with others in the space—whether you're tackling similar challenges or exploring how cybersecurity can drive smarter, more secure business decisions.
