BSc. Production Engineering During my professional career of more than +28 years have I gained a strong profile within Medical Device industry both as Project Manager/Leader and as Change Manager, I’m used to work in International environment in different time zones and cultures, and have different direct international leaders, and I am used to act and report effectively across companies and competence areas. I have a strong track record with GMP and Change Control, but also in the field of international production transfers. For the last years worked within Change and Design Controls related to material, process and transfer projects. As a person am I open-minded and a team player, I have a open and candid communications skills. I am a structural and analytical, organized and can quickly form an overview in complex cases and work towards the desired results. I am flexible, bold, stable, robust and can keep the overall view during busy periods with attention to detail.
