With a diverse background, I deliver high quality and engaging training programs and keynotes on-site and virtually. I am a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, with experience with Gallup StrengthsFinder and DiSC assessments. My core competencies include career and leadership development, creating cultures of significance, and leading teams to maximize their potential. Receiving numerous accolades throughout my career, I was nominated for Disney’s prestigious Partners in Excellence Award, recipient of LHH’s Global President’s Award in 2019, and the 2020 Winner of the Association of Talent Developments Learning Technologies Award.
