A dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 30 years of international experience across elite football management, sales and business development, and strategic operations across 3 continents (Europe, Africa & Asia). I bring a unique dual perspective—honed through my journey as Technical & Director of Football, and professional UEFA A Licensed Head Coach and former international player, as well as over 5 years of experience driving growth in SaaS, CRM, and customer engagement environments. In football, I currently serve as Director of Football & Head Coach at Prague Raptors FC, overseeing all football operations for the Men’s A&B, Women’s, and Academy teams. My leadership has driven: • 4 promotions in 5 seasons with the Men’s teams • 3 consecutive European Fenix Trophy finals • The Women’s team promoted 3 seasons in a row, now in Czech National Division 2 • Over 150 players developed in the Academy (U7–U17), with pathways to senior football • A historic 2024/25 season in progress: A Team currently 2nd, B Team 1st, and the club has reached the Prague Teskahor Cup Final for the first time My coaching and technical leadership extends to Saif Sporting Club (Bangladesh Premier League), where I led the team on a 10-match unbeaten run and qualified for AFC Confederation Cup qualifiers, as well as Accra Hearts of Oak, and Ebusua Dwarfs, where I implemented club philosophies, modern scouting systems, and youth development pipelines. I also served as Senior Elite European Scout for West Bromwich Albion FC for 7 years (working under Dan Ashworth, Tony Mowbray, Robert Di Matteo, utilizing tools like Wyscout, HUDL, InStat Scout, and Scout7 Pro to support recruitment across Europe. Beyond football, I’ve built a strong commercial profile with over 5 years in sales, SaaS, CRM, and client success roles, including: • Easy Software Redmine (SaaS – Project Management/CRM) • Yoummday & Vonage (Telecoms & B2B) • PayByPhone & GetYourGuide (Tourism & Fintech) • Accolade as EMO Outreach Specialist, delivering personalized member support through CRM tools (Gabi, Zendesk) and digital platforms These experiences refined my CRM skills (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Freshsales), strengthened my B2B sales strategy, and helped align sales KPIs with revenue growth while enhancing customer engagement and retention. Having played for 18 professional clubs and earned 14 international caps for the Ghana National Team, I bring global awareness, leadership under pressure, and a people-first approach—whether developing elite athletes or managing complex client accounts.
