I am a global executive with 30+ years of international leadership across elite football management, SaaS sales, business development, and global operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. My career combines two distinct but complementary areas — world-class football leadership and SaaS commercial growth — providing a unique ability to lead both people and business performance. In football: Currently serving as Director of Football & Head Coach at Prague Raptors FC, I oversee full football operations for Men’s A&B, Women’s, and Academy teams. Under my leadership, the club has achieved: • 4 promotions in 5 seasons (Men’s) • 3 consecutive European Fenix Trophy finals • 3 consecutive promotions for the Women’s team (now Czech National Division 2) • Over 150 academy players developed across U7–U17 age groups • Historic 2024/25 season: A Team, B Team, Prague Teskahor Cup Final Previously, I’ve led clubs in England, Bangladesh and Ghana, guiding teams into international competitions, restructuring academies, building modern recruitment models, and establishing long-term development pathways. I also served as Senior Elite European Scout for West Bromwich Albion FC, identifying and recruiting talent across Europe using leading scouting platforms. In business & SaaS sales: Alongside my football leadership, I have built strong commercial expertise in SaaS sales, CRM platforms, B2B business development, and client growth across multiple sectors, including SaaS, telecom, fintech, healthcare, and tourism.
