About Kimberley Grillo

I am a dedicated educator, business manager, and community advocate with a passion for fostering creativity, confidence, and connection in individuals of all ages. With a background in dance, education, and business management, I have built and led successful ventures that blend artistic expression with social impact. As the owner of a babyballet franchise, I lead a dynamic team in delivering structured, developmentally appropriate dance classes for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Our programme aligns with the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children's physical, social, and cognitive development in a safe and engaging environment. Beyond my role in early years education, I am actively involved in various initiatives that promote health, fitness, and community well-being. I serve as a director for multiple organisations, including The Activity Den and Wings Academy (Yorkshire) Limited, where I contribute to the development of programmes that empower individuals through movement and wellness. My volunteer work with organisations such as Guiseley Theatre Community Interest Company reflects my commitment to the arts and community development. Through these roles, I have gained valuable experience in leadership, programme development, and stakeholder engagement. I am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals, educators, and community leaders who share a passion for making a positive impact through education, the arts, and community engagement.
