About Kimberly Galitz

At my core, I’m a marketing operations nerd who genuinely loves helping people.I love solving complex problems, building systems that actually work, and creating clarity where there used to be friction. But what matters most to me is the people behind the process — helping teams grow, helping operators build confidence, and seeing that moment when something finally clicks.Marketing operations can be technical and complex, but it’s also deeply collaborative. When one of us grows, we all grow. When one of us succeeds, the entire organization moves forward. I care about building scalable systems — and I care just as much about building capable, confident teams around them. We’re in this together, and I’m proud to be part of a community that continues to raise the bar for what marketing operations can be.
