About Kimberly Kerr

I have been a stay at home mother of four for 27 years, and am now ready to re-engage in the workforce! I have a masters degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University and an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication and a Marketing Minor from Towson University. I operate as a high touch professional where I seek to lead others to reach their highest potential through envisioning and drawing out the best use of their skill sets and talents. For instance, one of my first work experiences was with a household name daytime host as her assistant, which involved listening to her needs and putting them into action. This was followed by experiences in fundraising, development, and public relations at Johns Hopkins Hospital. I have also worked as a personal assistant to legal counsel at a large investment firm. I have recruited and trained volunteers for non-profits, such as a homeless shelter, as well as for a private school. In the past I have operated as a bridge to connect professionals and excel at multi-tasking. In short, I am a people person!
