About Kimberly Pavao

Kimberly is passionate about helping clients who are dealing with legal issues that affect the most important areas of their lives. She is a litigator specializing in Employment Law and Family Law. Practical problem solving and guiding the client towards a resolution is the cornerstone of her practice. As part of her Employment Law practice Kimberly represents both the employer and the employee in employment litigation. Kimberly regularly advises and consults with her employment clients regarding employment contracts, workplace policy, adherence to legislative standards, and terminations. Kimberly’s Family Law Practice includes representing clients in all aspects of Family Law litigation including divorce, separation, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, and property division. Kimberly also represents clients navigating Family Law disputes through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, and negotiating family law agreements and settlements. Kimberly provides a broad range of legal services to her clients and has extensive experience representing her clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, and at the tribunal level including the Employment Standards Branch, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) and the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT).
