I thrive when I work with entrepreneurial organisations, regardless of sector. The hunger to grow and make an impact is what drives me. I've had the pleasure to be part of many organisations in several different countries, each with its own challenges and opportunities. In each role I have held, I have focused on developing, retaining and attracting talent, whether directly or indirectly.
