For the last 10+ years, I've helped thousands of people to find and move into more fulfilling work. My articles on career change have been read by more than in more than. I'm co-creator of the flagship, which has,+ across 36 countries, and the Careershifters, used with over. I'm a regular on the subject of finding fulfilling work. I also train and develop, leading the CTI-accredited Careershifters Advanced Certification programme. I'm most interested in the human, messy parts of career change; the psychology and emotional arcs of navigating uncertainty. What does it take to move into more fulfilling work? When we're feeling lost and unsure, how do we find our way through the dark? I made my own shift out of the charity sector in 2012, and redesigned my life along with my career, working online from treehouses in Costa Rica, sailing boats in Greece, and a yurt in the Virgin Islands. When I'm not jamming on the psychology, philosophy, and practicalities of change, you can usually find me hiking and wild swimming, listening to podcasts, and going for (very slow) walks with my senior dog, Morgan.
