I strongly believe that the knowledge I gained during my academic coursework and the extensive understanding of the emergency responses developed during my professional career makes me an ideal candidate for this particular position. Apart from my Admin works presently I am performing as a Safeguarding Trainer and Champion, and have provided training to nearabout 300staffs. Efficiency is my own requirement in my support as rather than the support I also have to monitor, maintain and upgrade the existing infrastructure and managing staffs in that way, I am supporting around staffs of BRAC including field and cox base office. In addition, in the BRAC Cox office I am the direct line manager of 18 support staff, so I can handle work force and work under pressure. Besides, I have maintained communication with filed staffs and have look after foreign expats successfully. Along with the things mentioned above, I have the following key strengths that I think would be helpful for the success in this position: • Ability to influence others, excellent communicator and can work efficiently in a team • Experience of working within the context of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams • Ability to think creatively & strategically. • Strong ability to manage asset management and have experience in managing audits. • Have the understanding of the recent global political and economic situation. • Performing as a Safeguarding champion and trainer successfully. • Capable of working with a high degree of independence ensuring quick & effective decision-making • Capable of leading any project or orientation. • Efficient enough to raise PR’s and make the deliver on time. • Ability to handle manpower and proactively am gender sensitive. • Have worked as an investigation officer in PSEA cases.
